The trusted Therma-tek professional kitchen range at 36 inches wide with upgraded thermostat control technology.
Gas medium duty range 36” (914.5 mm) wide with full size oven accepting 18” x 26” (457 mm x 660 mm) sheet pans in either direction. Valve or thermostatically controlled.
Griddles are heated by a heavy duty straight burner. Available with hot tops in 12” (305 mm) sections. Hot tops are heated by heavy duty “H” burners. Stainless steel inner door panel and removable oven bottom.

- Open Top Burners heated by individual lift-off cast-iron open top burners and are controlled by a single-piece precision brass valve with infinite adjustment.
- Individual top grates for each burner.
- Oven and griddles heated by heavy duty straight tube burner.
- Griddles available in either manual valve or thermostatically controlled. Each section heated by a heavy-duty cast iron H-type burner.
- Oven interior door and bottom stainless steel. Sides, back and top aluminized.
- Oven is Heavy gauge welded frame construction.
