Carpigiani 193 Steel Counter Top Soft Serve Machine
For over 50 years, Carpigiani is well known in the frozen dessert industry. This is a 2+1 flavor soft serve machine/ soft gelato machine and is also able to accommodate frozen yogurt. It has a 1.75l cylinder capacity, a 12+12 lt pump model or 18+18 gravity model tank capacity. This counter top soft serve machine is able to do 485 portions for the pump model and 415 portions for the gravity model (75 gr per portion).
